Self Service
A range of tools are available for you to manage
your computing environment. The most common Self
Service tools are:
Service Portal
You can search in our extensive
Service Portal for an answer to a question, or
if you need assistance on, or want to report, a
particular issue.
Service problems?
First check the
IT
Service Status Board for any known Service Incidents,
Scheduled Interventions or Service Changes, and the
Detailed Services Status
for dynamic information directly provided by the services
responsible.
